Vendor Registration Details

💲 Registration Fees

• Indoor Table: $25 (includes 1 table + 2 chairs)

• Outdoor Space: $15 (no table or chairs included)
   

All table fees will be used to support our club house.
 

🗓️ Deadline to Register: Wednesday, March 25th
(or earlier if all spaces are filled)

🪑 Indoor Vendors: Limited space available. Includes 1 table and 2 chairs.

⛺ Outdoor Vendors: Must bring your own tables, chairs, and tents. No electricity is provided.
💨 Tents must be weighted (50–100 lbs recommended) to accommodate wind/weather.
 

Set-Up & Event Schedule

• Friday Setup: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

• Saturday Setup: 7:00am - 8:00am

• Yard Sale Hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm

• Breakdown: Begins at 12:00 PM (no early breakdown, please)

🥤 Drinks: Water & sodas available for $1.00 each
