Cayce Cares Chairperson Ann Malpass presents a second donation to God's Helping Hands
Ann Malpass, Organizer of Cayce Cares presents Mary Isbell, Director of God’s Helping Hands with a second donation check this holiday season. The money will be used to help families in the Cayce and West Columbia areas.
This check brings the Woman's Club of Cayce's total donations for God's Helping Hands to $2,500 this year.
As part of the Annual Cayce Cayce project, Woman's Club of Cayce members and the community raised $1500, through memorial tree light sales, that was given to God's Helping Hands at the annual city Tree Lighting. On January 9th, presented an additional check for $1,000 thanks to a matching grant from the South Carolina Federation of Women's Clubs Progress Foundation.
We also want to thank our members, our schools and our community for donating several tons of canned and dry good during the Cayce Cares Campaign for God's Helping Hands.
